I’ve been doing this for a while. And after so many years of photographing weddings my values have changed. I learned, out of my own experience and out of that of thousands of people I photographed, that nothing matters more in life than the present moment. That focusing on having more things means less time living our best lives. That trapped in a house during a pandemic reminds you how underrated hugs are. That we all need connection more than anything.


Hi, I’m Theo and in my 15 years as a wedding photographer, I discovered that life is too short to be anything but exactly who you are. I believe in honesty, I support authenticity and I strive for meaningfulness. I know memories can lose their edges quickly. And I know that memories are the only things we’re left with. I do my best to create wedding photography that honours all of that.

That's why I specialize in capturing spontaneous moments. I won't boss you around, I won't require more time for photos than what you want to devote, and I will make this experience as natural as possible. My approach is unobtrusive — I blend in, often mistaken for a guest, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in every moment of your day.

For a complete story of the wedding day, couples usually book package 2 or 3, with the option of extra hours if photography coverage needs are in between packages.

I work with one of the best album manufacturers worldwide to offer wedding albums that combine exceptional quality with environmental concerns, only using papers sourced from ecologically managed forests and green printing. You will be able to choose between 4 different album collections that are offered in natural linen, sustainable suede, wood or leather, each offering albums in 3 sizes, different colours and options. Every album comes with instructions of use and a lifetime warranty.



SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER

€100/hour


A second photographer is always a great addition to your wedding day, no matter the size of your wedding. An extra pair of eyes will bring more creativity to your images, different angles, points of view, as well as help with not missing moments and adding to the artistry of your final selection of images.


I only work with a selected few established, experienced and award winning documentary photographers, in order to provide the same level of quality throughout your whole set of images. The second photographer will be present the same amount of hours as me.

What experience do you have as a wedding photographer? How many weddings have you documented?

With over 15 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I've had the privilege of embarking on a remarkable journey. My dedication to the art of storytelling through photography has garnered international recognition. Beyond capturing moments, I've embraced the role of a judge in prestigious photography competitions and shared insights as a speaker at photography conferences. Throughout my career, I've had the honor of documenting more than 400 weddings, each a unique chapter in the beautiful tapestry of love stories.

How would you describe your style? Do we have to pose for photos? Will we have do a photoshoot together and with our families?

In my perspective, a wedding is a celebration of love between two individuals and all the dear ones who surround and support them. For me, the true essence of wedding photography lies in capturing those profound moments, genuine human connections, and unfiltered emotions. My photographic style is rooted in the principles of photojournalism. I believe in candid, unposed moments that authentically reflect your unique love story. However, I also understand that some couples value portraits and family photos, so we can certainly allocate time for heartfelt couples' portraits and group shots with your loved ones if that's your preference. Ultimately, my goal is to provide you with a collection of images that are candid, relaxed, and brimming with heartfelt authenticity – images that narrate the beautiful story of who you truly are.

Do you do destination weddings?


Yes, I do! I travel all over Europe and around the world. I’ve photographed in Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, UK, the Caribbean and I'm open to new adventures.

What is your delivery time?


The delivery timeframe for your images and the proposal for your album design is up to 8 weeks. This timeframe can vary based on the volume of projects I'm working on during that period. During the off-season, such as winter, the delivery can be expedited, sometimes taking as little as 2 weeks. Regardless of the season, I'm committed to providing you with a sneak peek of your cherished moments just a few days after your wedding.

How about prints and albums?


In today's digital age, I firmly believe that the one thing worth printing is our cherished photographs. That's why I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to transform their important memories into beautiful albums. To support this, I include an album in all of my wedding packages, offering you a range of album options to choose from. In your online gallery, you'll find convenient access to my print store, allowing you to effortlessly order the products that resonate with you, directly from there. Additionally, I will provide you with high-resolution files, granting you the freedom to create prints of any size, whenever the moment feels right.

Would you recommend having two photographers?


In a nutshell, yes, but it's not an absolute necessity. Having a second photographer can be a valuable addition to your wedding day, regardless of its size. An extra set of eyes brings an added dimension to your imagery – offering diverse angles, perspectives, and an increased assurance of capturing every meaningful moment. This also contributes to a richer final selection of images and enhances the overall artistry of your collection. It's worth noting that I collaborate exclusively with a handpicked group of established, seasoned, and award-winning documentary photographers. This ensures a consistent level of excellence across your entire gallery. If your budget allows, I highly recommend considering the inclusion of a second photographer to enrich your visual narrative.

What if unforeseen circumstances arise?


I'm part of a close-knit community of exceptional wedding photographers who are there to support one another during unexpected emergencies. In the unlikely event that I'm unable to be present due to illness or any other emergency, I'm committed to going above and beyond to secure an outstanding replacement photographer to step in seamlessly and capture your special day with the same dedication and expertise.

What are the steps to follow for securing our date?

I place great value on the importance of a personal connection when it comes to choosing the right photographer for your wedding day. To explore this further, we can schedule a video call where we have the opportunity to get to know one another and determine if we're the perfect fit. Following our conversation, I will prepare a contract, outline my terms and conditions, and generate an invoice for a flat booking fee of 300€. Upon signing the agreement and settling the payment, your wedding date is officially reserved, and you can look forward to your celebration with confidence.
